Cup

Cup

Description:

The rich yellow colour of this cup and its pair, N4781, is similar to the yellow colour used on porcelain and robes by the Chinese court during the 18th century (1700-1800) for the use of the Imperial family. These cups have no reign marks which suggests they were not made in the imperial workshops.
